this cutscene feels so dark, like, damn. you have 30 seconds left to rethink your entire life, standing on inactive elevator, while around are rocks, diamond plate, and a box. And somebody you swore to destroy is the last person who you was talking too. Entry point NEEDS an sequel, or prequel. No way cish will throw away this project, no way. _no._
Entry point is the most qualified game I've ever seen in roblox. Every time I play this game, I have the vibe of being inside a movie (That's why i try to commit first try stealth and no loud at first but always fail miserably.) I think drawing the entire story into a comic/manga is imaginably possible, and that's what I'm planning to do.
The least that they could do is that they can not only make that next project, but you play as one of the characters, like Jackdaw, or someone, and you're actually in the perspective of Jackdaw, taking The Freelancer hostage, just like in the cutscene
Who would we be if we’d never joined halcyon? Would we still be criminals? Outlaws? We didn’t always do the right thing. Actually... we almost never did. Maybe we got what we deserved. In the end we got what we wanted. Was it worth it? Did we make a difference? Well said Rose.
@@power7976 ”…How would my life have been if I didn’t follow this path? Would I still be a criminal? Would I be different? Would anything change at all? Maybe I made the wrong choices. Did the wrong things. But, in the end… I completed my mission. And maybe that’s all I have left to show.” - Freelancer post mortem, probably
@@yourbestfella imo = in my opinion. If I said it as a fact, I'd be wrong since it's subjective. If I'm stupid for saying my opinion, then how is anyone else here not stupid for saying what they thought of the ending?
When I started playing entry point a 1 and a half years ago, the game wasn't really that fun. Only the tutorial and killhouse were there. I played it for a few months until missions started to come out. The deposit, financier, the blacksite, etc. Then I realized that this was one of the most underrated and most high quality game I have ever played in my whole entire roblox career. The gameplay mechanics, story, all of it was amazing. Then when I saw the epilogue. I broke down in tears.
That is the Raven that we got from someone (not sure if is Jackdaw cause we already have that in freelancer before ashes) and we give it to Rose now is back to us and when we died it pass to Jackdaw
Story of the RAVEN: Friend to Freelancer Freelancer to Rose Rose to Falcon (Falcon stole it) Falcon to Director (Falcon gave it to Director) Director to Jackdaw (Jackdaw took it, probably was entrusted by Rose in the afterlife)
@@epicm999 Which means Jackdaw took the same custom Raven in the Director's penthouse at the beginning of the 'Epilogue' cutscene which the Freelancer had meaning he shot the Director with the Freelancer's Raven. That must be sweet revenge. Thanks for telling us about the Freelancer's Raven
*The 5 Stages of Grief* Denial - No! this can't be the end of entry point! there's no way this could end like this and our character dying! We've grown up with them for at least 2 years! Anger - There's not a -fucking- chance in the world that the freelancer is dead! it's thick concrete, a BLAST DOOR, and a metal elevator! NOT A CHANCE! Bargaining - Maybe Cish will add another ending, Cish has to add another ending, there's no way this could be happening, Cish has to! They gotta add another ending. Depression - We aren't getting another ending, Cish quit working on entry point. There's no hope. The camera update is going to be the last update. Acceptance - Overall, Entry Point was a great game, and the ending teaches a moral. 'Revenge leads nowhere' and it was a fun experience while it happened.
The freelancer died because of his mistake. The player and the freelancer are 2 seperate entities in the game. The freelancer obviously did the stealth route, which is implied by the fact he has an elite disguise on which is used in the mission. Once he gets into the elevator, he only has 25 seconds left for some reason and the elevator got blocked. Most likely because the enemy got alerted. "They know we're here". He could have easily made it out if he either had more time, or if he didn't get detected. People have managed to get in the elevator with alot of time left even in stealth. The freelancer messed it up.
Even in black dusk loud music, the vibe in other loud music is like "yeah your compromised get on with it" but black dusk is "You're probably going to die in nothing but shadows, you're with the person you swore to destroy, and for what?"
Such a bittersweet ending. Jackdaw lived, to tell the tale, and destroy Halycon, whilst his 2 former comrades, you, and Rose, were killed in the hands of Halycon. Rose was executed, but was able to deliver her final message, which is to save us, The Freelancer. The Freelancer singehandedly took down a major bunker, and was killed as he was about to exfiltrate, thinking about his last moments. The sadder thing is, in the world of operatives and crime syndicates, you live in the shadows, and die in the shadows. This was an untold tale, not known by the public.
If he survives a lot of gunshots even on legend cish could just like or hey he is not dead heres entry point 2 uhh Phoenix also was not good now you work for the FBI have Fun byeeeee
Man, Entry point was more than a game. It taught us so much like how to work with others through missions, it taught us teamwork. It was more than a game...... *godamn why is my dad cutting onions*
The Freelancer was shot 2 times and in this cut scene something similar to Jackdaw's falling building happened. Everyone thought that he was dead but he lived. Maybe freelancer will live too?
In my headcanon, the Raven, specifically the Freelancer's, has been through everything I like to think that Harvey, the blonde guy in Prelude, gave it to the Freelancer who has kept it until the Blacksite, who passed it on to Rose. After Rose's death, the Director stole the Raven and held it up in his penthouse before Jackdaw uses the very same Raven to kill the Director
Honestly games that are on the top page are good but I think entry point deserves to be on the top page too it needs more recognition it’s such a masterpiece I feel so bad for cish and the devs they worked so hard but the game is so underrated we should tell some of the big yt out there like Keneko and flaming (he already has but he has grown more popular and there have been a million updates) entry point needs a prequel or a sequel plz cishato plz
R.I.P My killswitch,i was so excited for all this adventure but it stopped,he is like in my heart,i will never forget my killswitch guy lvl.39 F for him and other characters you guys made. I dont know how i actually cried on a lego game just because of seeing my character dying
What the heck i didnt expect THIS when I failed Stealth Black Dusk. Now im too scared to finish the final mission, knowing ill be six feet under with Rose.
entry point makes you grow attached to your own character it makes you create characters _and makes you love them and the people around them_ *_you fucking cry at the end_*
