What program do you use to design the labels?

I have a question what machine printed those labels that you use, I'm in the market for a vinyl label printer and I like to look at those labels any suggestion on startup for low cost between one and $3000

A label got stuck on the printhead, half of the print head print and the other half of the paper is blank, any solutions? it's only 8 months old.

What do you use instead aside from the Konica? One thing about the Konica i dont like is that it can mostly only print on white or paper (is this correct? This is what the Konica rep told me). We produce a ton of stickers on chrome, gold, brushed chrome and so on, so thats a deal breaker for me.

I'm looking to print roughly 600 labels per day, is this printer suitable?
