"How many copies?" "One." The smile and smoothness of how he says it. Denzel is one of a kind.

I love how he literally gives people one chance to do right by their wrong doings, it is not about hurting or killing people for his own pleasure it is only about helping those that really can't help themselves and don't have much of a way out and that he is so confident in his abilities that he lets the people he is dealing with drop there guard and think he is nothing to worry about then they soon regret it.

“You’re supposed to stand for something, punk” It’s so true.

As a Hispanic person, this particular scene is very satisfying to watch.

"That f___in' hurt more than the beating." I love that line. LOL!

This actually is what is needed these days.

This appeals to the vigilante in all of us, that whosoever hurts those we love or devalues our freedom in any way should have to pay the most severe and violent price.

I can watch this scene all day, if only we had a real equalizer helping their communities from any form of corruption.

Who else felt the "Punk" line was getting back to the well known Dirty Harry scene?

Those clowns thought being corrupt cops was all fun and games…until they got Equalized!

Denzel! I love his films. Denzel Washington only seems to make the films he wants to make. Every film has a message....his body of work is surely an expression of the man himself. How many actors can say to have done that with their professional lives. Amazing man....truly this man should be applauded for that achievement...

You KNOW damn well that this kind of shakedown is being perpetuated thousands of times per day across America by cops who have forgotten what it means to protect the public. The question is: What are we going to do about it?

Lets be honest, Robert McCall is basically a superhero in these movies.

Great scene but real life is kind of opposite to what we can see here. Mob, corrupted governments, Infinite beaurocracy.

My Dad saw this and told me something that never crossed my mind because I'm from a later generation. He said back in the day, the only way a movie like this would fly would be to have a white guy as the good guy and the bad guys would be the black guys. Like those old Clint Eastwood Dirty Harry movies and Charles Bronson Death wish movies. We've come a long way.

This was so good. So much better than the TV show.

We’re told don’t take the law into our own hands When I was younger I thug came down our road & he was mouthing off at every passer by He thought it was fine to kick peoples cars & he pushed myself & my wife as he passed by I was really angry but I thought he’d go away, I got into my car & he threw a broken bit of brick at the car rear window I completely lost self control & my wife screamed at me as I almost ran him over I got out of my car and I booted him really hard I expected that I’d be arrested that evening as he fled in pain Anyway no police came out but I actually realised that what I did was stupid & I should have had more thoughts for my wife, but this is the trouble if a person looses self control, for a moment in the heat of it all I could have been doing time I wasn’t brave I was plain thoughtless & the impact on my family could have been devastating, just for a moment of glory to not get bullied But dick heads beware that you may not be lucky & live to brag if you pick on the wrong person Think twice
