The facr that you still need this many attempts after ironing out your escape shows how brutal this challenge can be. Thank you so much for more TE 1 content.
Hey Mistyck! I’ve really been enjoying these beating custom prisons with no crafting videos, and I really found out about you through your beating Escapists 1 and 2 with no crafting (extremely impressive by the way, especially with the first game!), and so I have come to suggest a few prisons that I think would be fun and really interesting to see you play. The Kiowa Gahji Penitentiary, the Sunset Isolation Compound, and the Red Woods Reformatory. Again, these videos are really interesting to watch, and you’re doing a great job with ‘em! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the recommendations! I am taking a bit of a break from Craftless Custom Prisons so I don't get burnt out completely, but I will keep these in mind when I do make a return.
For the future: There is a bug in TE (not surprising) which makes the game easier, and I always use it. We take the tool and any garbage. We throw out 1 garbage under ourselves, we beat the block and when 1 blow remains, we start breaking the wall / ground and pick up the garbage under us. The block will break, and the earth will not fill the inventory and will disappear without a trace.
I am gonna cut back and take a break for a bit. Consider Hellgate the end of Season 1 for this sort of thing. Don't wanna oversaturate and uh, life is a thing that happens.
I used a glitch called Yellow Key. I took off my weapon and clothes, had toothpaste and a fork/trowel in my inventory, overlapped my profile and pause menus by opening them at the same time, closed the profile menu, opened my desk, put the clothes in, closed the desk, reopened it, took the clothes out, opened my profile, equipped the clothes, closed and reopened, took off the Yellow Key, and there you go, invisible infinite durability items! Can be fixed by putting an item in the gift slot of a prisoner and closing the menu.
I try to stray away from them because they are either really easy or done to death on RU-vid. Helevica is the first that comes to mind, but I knew (and watched) Endertheories play it and didn't want to oversaturate content on that one prison, so I opted for less known and viewer submitted prisons instead!
I'll have to think about it. I'm on vacation for a couple more days and have some stuff I still need to tackle before considering what other prisons I'll take on, but I'll keep it in mind!
Hello! Been watching a lot of ur escapists custom map videos, and I just wanted to know, how do you export someone else's custom map into the map editor? 0:00 - 2:08
I download the file from the workshop, find the .bin version of it in the workshop files, copy it into the custom maps folder in documents, open the file in a text editor, delete the version and Rdy lines, change .bin to .proj, and then save it. You'll be able to open the file in the editor at the point probably.
For trowels, they are 8% for digging the hole, 12% for the tunnel. For the prison editor, changing some lines in the map file and saving the contents over a custom prison file just sort of lets you open it.
@@landonsgaming3139 oop, what I do is delete the version and Rdy lines and change the number in Custom to -1 Also I'm dumb wrong numbers for trowel sorry I had a long day both days
