The other night I couldn't sleep so I got up at 2:30 AM and put on my cold-weather gear and took off on my lynx. I always wanted to rip down Main Street in the middle of the road at full speed when there is no traffic. So fun! Then I ended up 20 miles out of town and decided to hit a dirt road that is 20 miles long with 3000 feet of elevation gain. It's just amazing how good the Lynx is with lots of bumps, it just eats them up. I carry a spotlight in my hand so I can see around corners in the dark, but otherwise the headlamp is excellent. I came up on what I thought was a small cow, but it bolted out of front of me and I almost hit it, it was a wild pig! Then I got home at about 5 AM and jumped in the hot tub with a nice cup of coffee. The Lynx is just so damn fun! 48 mile ride with about 4000 feet of total elevation gain and I still had 27% battery.

You and wrongway are actually my favorite channels because you both are very critical on the wheels.

I like fast wheels. I don't necessarily ride them to their full potential, but I enjoy riding them. Just like guys have multiple cars or motorcycles. I already have two leaperkims. OG Sherman and a Patton. The Lynx didn't seem like a big enough jump or difference to warrant getting it. The Commander Pro GT seemed like a good edition to the stable, but then the ET Max debuted. I switched my preorder on the same day I found out about it. The Lynx is a nice wheel, but I really like the stats on the ET Max. Whether or not the design and QC pans out on the first batch remains to be seen. I'll be geared up when I get to try my ET Max.

Gotta give props to people who buy the big wheel for their first one and stick to it. I started with the 60 lb Nikola+ and it was a frustrating couple weeks until I could ride it. Ride on, all!

I just check info about the new future law in Spain, and the requirements for EUC is a mechanical brake 😂😂 😂. I agree with increasing the safety, but flying like a canon ball across the street is probably not what we should add as new EUC feature.

Zen, great video like always! I have a question, please advice: will order my Lynx next week, but what batteries? Yes, 50s are very expensive, but I am very afraid of cut outs. Now with S22 Pro (my first wheel) I reach 60km/h very fast and I don't feel safe. So what do you think, strictly for safety, are 50e on Lynx good enough for me (75kg rider), I need cut out % to be around 0 (won't do stupid things like pushing too hard or battery below 20%)... I’m loving the Lynx more every time I ride it. It checks every box for me, it’s so smooth, fast and powerful. Just wish darkness bot would report PWM correctly. Good rule of thumb is wait for v2, at least, especially these expensive wheels.

Im a biggner rider. I got the v11 as my first wheel, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. Right out of the box and not even 50 miles in, the wheel started to wobbles like crazy above 20 mph, the air suspension sucked, it couldn't support my weight since im 6ft and 240 lbs dude without gears. On the first day of braking, I was already overpowering the wheel 😂. The build was nice materials but all fragile plastic. I hated it. Now that's why im going with the lynx as my first wheel again. It's a good weight, nice suspension (got the 70 lbs one) to handle my weight, and I will set the beeps low till I get used to the wheel. You are right, its all around wheel and Roger is the one who convinced me 😂 if you are a big dude like me, skip the smaller wheels and get the lynx, dont waste your money on a small wheel. Just set the beeps low on the lynx so you won't hurt yourself. Practice till you become pro at it. Thanks 😅

got my lynx sunday, put 50 ranch miles on it so far. the lynx is the most purrfect wheel ever built, but i have zero experience with gotway/begode and plan to keep it that way. the lynx rules them all. it will make u a better rider. if u can only afford or desire one wheel, get the lynx. my other wheels will gather dust except for the noobs i'll be teaching.

Have you ridden a Ninebot One E+ ? Just kiddin' but I bet your haven't... could be wrong 🙂 Definitely would like a Lynx but even though I haven't got a wife telling me I can't, I really cant justify it, even to myself. ET MAX as a first wheel, how to put yourself off a hobby.

2027 euc’s will be illegal in spain? As i watch videos i barely see anyone else riding, unless it’s a group ride. Which means there’s really not a lot of riders. Which means, the few riders out there have drawn so much attention to themselves, they’ve gotten a bad rap from the public and government. Are the few out there, riding in an unsafe manner, with disregard for the public or property? Is this a case of the few who are trying to emulate the skills of pros causing a bad public image? I hate to throw shade, but if what i’ve written is true, then i’d suggest all vloggers not show their skills on video, don’t hype speed, don’t slalom through pedestrians, because less skilled riders thinking it’s fun, will try it. Push safer riding, or is it too late to save euc’s in spain? This kills an industry that could’ve been seen as better and as safe as the escooters, or will all pev’s become illegal? I’m an escooter commuter. I was looking to add an euc when i retire to spain, i love the small form factor, better range, the portability of the euc over the escooters. But the 2027 law is a concern. Will the few emulating riders in other countries cause a similar prohibition? As more speed and more tricks is shown as fun? It seems the “fun” factor actually promotes killing the euc industry rather than promoting the euc’s as a better form of transportation. I watch zen and wrongway for their reviews to help with purchasing. I guess the reality is that the less responsible and less skilled emulaters copy, then the public scorns, then the government acts.

That “ET Linx” has to be the best!! 😂 I don’t see an issue on someone with great euc knowledge making predictions about an upcoming wheel. I saw a lot of ppl excited and talking up the inmotion v14 then when it came out there were a lot of problems with it. I’m still trying to get up on my first wheel (Master V4) so I don’t have near the knowledge or expertise to make predictions/assumptions. I’m just trying to predict that my pedal won’t slice my leg and the monster bruises will eventually go away. Maybe when the ET Max comes out, the production model will change your mind and others as well. As long as you’re open to that possibility then go right on with your personal/professional opinions. Everyone should check out as many different peoples thoughts about wheels anyway instead of just one person. Especially if they are getting upset that isn’t what they want to hear.

Hopefully in 2027. If you have one before the law , you get grandfathered and get a special license to show that you're allowed to ride....
