Almost EVERY home has an electric power outlet and is connected to the grid, that is all it takes. You can charge your EV at home, especially with the cheap overnight charging. That is like having your own gas station at home, top that ICE car owners! Plus you can always get solar panels and be free of the grid with your car working like the battery storing excess energy for the dark period of the 24 hour.

This video is talking about how things were in 2015. Every negative point has been solved, which is why EV growth is so robust in 2024.
