Phresh was so good before he became a full blown addict. He has clearly gotten so much worse in the last 6 months he seems to be slumped over daily. The thing is he wont get clean in the UK. he will be around addicts in London and the wait list for NHS Rehab is 6 months.

@@two_another most of the time it'll go thru court and it'll end up being the defendant v. the state where they were prosecuted, so often times the victim won't have to testify in court if there is enough evidence turned over in the discovery phase. If the prosecutor can build a strong enough case he'd most likely end up getting a plea deal
