Thanks for all the memories! I have a daughter named Lara and a life-size standing Legend LC in my studio. Can't wait for the next TR. Played them all so far.

wow that's amazing....i bought Tomb Raider 3 in 2000 for the first time, but i was young and i got scared easily..in 2011 i remembered those times so i bought all tomb raider starting from the one from 1997 to underworld ....so wish me luck :D

Tomb Raider IV was the first game I ever played. It is something very special tome :)

The soundtrack for TR...

I like the old Lara better because she was strong, confident and determined. Ever since Anniversary her appearance has changed too much in my opinion. The determined look she had on her face was changed for a rather smiling and friendly expression. And they kinda made her seem younger, it's like she was more mature and smart in the first games.

No matter how great the graphics can be The 1997 editions of tomb raider will always be the best, there were no walkthroughs it took several tries and lots of medical packs to get through levels and there was no home better than the croft mansion...

in legend she looks the best. it's scarying me how differnet she looks in every new game. look at the newest - this is so human! for me tr2 and legend are the best ones.

@cocopopz10 same here, the old games hold a special place in my heart to, but not the new ones, Lara didn't feel the same after AOD ya know? So I'll always remember the old, amazing tomb raiders that shaped my life.

there was a slight mix of the sounds; i mean that the sound went to another version of the game; for example the anniverasy theme went to the underworld pictures.....

You know what really pissed me off in TRU is that they left her homeless. At the end of the game she's leaving the temple where the hell she goin to go " Motel 6"? I'm mean really she living off her boat

@cottonmouth213 I didn't fear it but i don't know how to pass first levels.So i play mansion level also.In my childhood i played TR2 and TR3.Then i realized that i didn't play first Tomb raider.And in TR1 was only one thing that scares me the atlantis mutant doppelganger or bacon lara.

@9keith1 according to her biography, the croft family possess three mansions, two of them owned by the real estate agency which lara couldn't inherit because Richard croft's body has never been properly identified in order to confirm his death.

yes i can't say anything about the grhapics theyhave now but core design had a waaay better vision and story...core vision lara rocks! she was strong and confident not like now..climbing one tree jumping on a rock..things like that

It is a fact, that a lot of gamers, who played this game, are either under aged and more fixated on women or well... very excessive consuming players who might as well find her really well build body extremely interesting, when looking at, how the game looks like. So in both cases, the game-industry thought to them selves: "how do we get this game to sell the best" So, you have to note, that they had to make the very first part really interesting. And this is how ;)

@Salokorai; honestly, I didn't care that she had bigger breast cuz I never paid attention to them. There are women with big breast in reality so idk why people condemn game characters with big breast. It's just as realistic as someone with small breast. Big breast shouldn't be look down upon unless it's a breast implant.

@tombraiderfan1111 Oh god that happened to me too! My dad played it and i kept on watching and everytime some bad ass comes we both panicked! its was so much fun!!!! I swear with this game its like i get lost into these ancient civilization all the time!

I like the newest design because she feels like she could be a realistic, living, relatable character, in both looks snd personality. The older Lara just has big boobs and duel wielding pistols.

But in the beginning of this game, they gave her that... nice body in the upper part *ehem* to get the game well sold to the more.. manly generation, if you know what I mean :D Still I'm quite glad they fixed her... enormous erm.. upper body o.O well, still it isn't quite realistic, and I totally agree to your opinion :)

Crystal Dynamics Square Enix killed Lara Craft and Tomb Raider in no way does the new Lara looks like Lara Craft no matter at what age she is they made to many changes why make this no Lara no Tomb Raider game what happened to where Underworld left off.
