The 1973 movie is classic. First I thought this is just movie and Amazon prime was keep recommending me later I realized it is a series. I just watched the first episode and completed the season in one night, it's so thrilling and mysterious and not the remake. It's a continuation from where the devil left in 1973.
I'm hella L8 but you were/are right. I decided recently a couple day's to a week ago to watch the series(since I'm excited for The Exorcist Believer2023)that I want to give the series a shot since I never had b4 & I'm surprisingly loving it like Mc Ds. Insanely good. I just started S2 today.
Well if it’s a TV series is not much of a remake though even though I like the original exorcist movie but I will give her the movies chance he criticizes when other things come out like this all the roommates suck but you didn’t even watch it so you don’t know just saying
I'm starting to wonder if the "Russian bots" are Asain, or if something got lost in translation, bc WAY too many ppl seem to think this *tv series on FOX* was a movie. 😮
Oh it's based on the movie and not a remake. Good! because if there is to be a remake of the exorcist it should be done right and a TV mini series would not be doing it right!
can't wait for season 2!! bout time they have another good and interesting horror series. they're only few....American horror story ....grimm and this the exorcist now!
@Mr. Skid definitely agree but I felt they didn't do enough advertising either, I'm a big horror/thriller show lover and always seems they cancel those more then any other shows🤷♀️or is it just me that feels rather way....sucks I would have loved to see this show finish!
@Mr. Skid yeah I was so happy Netflix took over lucifer thankfully! There's another show I watch that was recently 😞canceled..... so frustrating when it happens!
YES ME TOO! I read it was axed because ratings were low in Season 2 . I believe that the introduction of the female Exorcist ‘Mouse’ put the main nail in the coffin . Her acting was appalling and she was brash and clumsy . She just changed the whole dynamic of the Show.
Hope it does the original justice. Only remake ive seen in recent years which i liked is mad max fury road, and that was nothing like the original. Like someones said, its about money
