Os Iris = open eye If you look in a medical dictionary you will see that OS is a symbol for the word open. Iris, well you all know what that means. OS IRIS , the open eye. That energy isn't of our own being once segragated from the collective. Blue eyes reflect the light and brown absorb it. For one to speak of each side should be of the one they are on. +Marlon Cienfuegos You do not need Ayahuasca to open your pineal (aka, minds eye, third-eye, the wisdom gate, eye of Horus). I'm not against ayahuasca.. it has it's place. Some of the things you need are to turn off your Televison and electronics devices more, go out and watch the natural world, read books, and a proper nutritional diet, that has trace-minerals, trace-metals such as silver and gold, and (k-2 found in Kombucha, grass-fed cow butter, skate liver or cod-lver oil), and green tea mixed with some african roibus tea, lingzhi, rice and various non-gmo fuits and vegetables, less sugar, natural spring water (instead of floride and chlorine sauced tap water), very little meat if you are non-vegetarian, and loads of meditation both active and passive combined with various breathing exercises, some fresh air. If you want to go even further, add in tai-chi or qigong or some other soft-internal martial way or other regular fitness exercise, and lastly, learn a psycho-spiritual system of classification of creative energy that best fits you such as I-ching, Qabalah, Tarot, Runes, Numerolgy, Astrology, Shankara, Music, Art, Poetry, Silva method or any other type of such system that correlates creative thought and archetypal symbolism to the plethora of energetic elements of the "Creative Force" that comprise all that exist. ...and very important as well... practice elevating your consciousness via imagination. Some excellent techniques for stimulating imagination are various exercises in attaining astral-projection and skrying in the realms of the spiritual dimensions. Also, what helped me open and train (for I started young) was reading a book called Silva Mind Control by Hose Silva, very good techniques of creative imagination exercises, yet one of many "tried and true". Love the stuff your into, but why does everyone have the pineal and pituitary glands confused? The pituitary gland is associated with the brow chakra, or third eye, NOT the pineal gland. It's associated with the crown chakra. Activation of the pituitary gland allows for clairvoyance. Activation of the pineal gland allows for direct communication between the soul, and the personality (lower mental body(concrete thought), astral body(emotion), and physical body(etheric, or energy body, and flesh body)), of the particular lifetime that soul is living. There is a vast amount of development which takes place between those two distinct levels of consciousness, and all 5 major lower chakras must be be activated first. All in one single lifetime. Even if you open your Kundalini, and correctly run it through 6 of the 7 centers in one life, you still must complete the entire process in the course of a single lifetime, although each time you try, you are born with a greater predisposition to complete the process, and achieve enlightenment. It usually takes 2 to 4 lifetimes of honest effort.
