When have she has spoken in her own voice ??? I really wonder how they are paid in crores when their voice is dubbed .. Tamil industry is thriving because of dubbing ...khush, simran are North Indians understand but still in their career they have never spoken in their own voice but still paid handsomely...be it cinema or soap serials everyone's voice is dubbed only male artist speak in their own voice barring 1. % artist. Had it been in Hindi director will never entertain paying handsomely and getting dubbed with rare exceptions . Actually the character comes to live because of the voice modulation than the lip sync..it's a herculean task to match the lip sync but also be in the character and modulate your voice .. ironically they are paid merger ly. Nayan the lady superstar is thriving now because of latest Deepa venkats baritone modulation..think despite of her acting n giving her own voice ....👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Bajirao Mastani movie la Priyanka Chopra ku voice koduthathu neengathana ungalatha rempa nalla theditu iruntha semma voice really I admire that character of voice...
A great talent un-noticed. Everyone thought Trisha did her dubbing. Wondering why Trisha did not mention her anywhere during interviews when asked about her SenThamil. She could've given credit.
Trisha did her dubbing initially for Kundavai .then, her dubbing wasn't approved due to pronunciation..so,they used Trisha's dubbing as reference dub for Kritika.. that's the reason behind similarly of voice
@@Reality30000 I love Krithika's voice. I can't believe she voiced Bajirao Mastani. She is a great voice artist because throughout the movie, I thought it was Priyanka Chopra who was speaking. She perfectly synchronized with Kashibai But it takes two to tango. If Trisha had not put any hard-work into putting a convincing performance, which won't happen in Mani Ratnam's movies, we wouldn't realize the value of Krithika's voice.
Trisha and Aishwarya both got world level praise for their performances, but failed to acknowledge the work of Krithika and Deepa who dubbed for them. ESP Kundavai’s role was dialogue heavy than Nandhini.
Aishwarya has always been vocal about the dubbing, the one who wasn't clear about it was Trisha. Everyone knew during the movie that Aishwaryas parts were dubbed, no one knew that for Trisha.
@@teemocomehome because trisha dubbed but due to some pronouncication errors krithika dubbed for her. And it was the media during press meet who asked about senthamizh and dubbing.
20+ years in the industry and Trisha still can't dub for herself in chaste Tamil despite living her whole life in Chennai. She goes on and on about how difficult it was to learn "Sen tamil" (as opposed to senthamizh) in all interviews. Wow. Some actors think all they have to do is look pretty for the role.
i dont understand why the ponniyin selvan team let everyone believe that trisha dubbed for herself.. trisha put a pic of herself dubbing , what happened to that then ? 🤔 Dont know wether it was intentional or not but very unfair to krithika.
Surprising. Her voice quality and tonality is so much a reflection of Trisha's voice. But one question. Why should Thamizh- speaking Trisha get her voice dubbed. From what I know, a large number of actresses from Thamizh and Telugu get their voice dubbed. How is such a performance complete? I live Trisha. But such performances should not even be considered for any awards. More than 50% percent of an actor's performance is invested in her or his voice modulation and tonality. That's where actor's like Keerthy Suresh and Nithya Menon score. They insist. No wonder, Keerthy got rightly awarded for Mahanati. To my dear Trisha, please insist upon this.
Silent films required no voice, no sound and Charlie Chaplin is still remembered as a great actor and performer ! Acting never had anything to do with voice please learn some history. So Trisha didn’t dub in her own voice, So what ? She is an actress not a singer why does her voice or the language she speaks matters ?
@@SwizzChocolate008 Sorry if I have offended your sensibilities. My bad. As I told, I am an admirer or Trisha's personality and histrionics. So, at a competitive level when most actresses add their voices it makes a distinct difference. As a person who is quite into visual medium, I expressed my thoughts. You can ignore if I don't make sense. God bless
Also, Joan Crawford was also part of the silent Era and was considered an actor of considerable consequence. But she aced it up further when she beautifully blended into studio films and worked till 1977 giving one rivetting performance after the other. It's a matter of the general scenario at a given point of time. Once again, these are my thoughts. Please ignore if they make no sense
Furthermore Douglas Fairbanks, Greta Garbo, Rudolph Valentino and others, who were part of the silent Era, made a huge impact during the talkies Era too. How? By quickly reinventing their craft set. And made huge , indelible markings their too. Garbo was distinctly noticeable for her husky voice. Many of the silent Era actors had to perform, which was quite skewed from acting , to compensate for lack of oral articulation. I am fairly aware of world cinema from the 1930s to current date. Coming to our Indian cinema, I was under the impression that all great Indian actors from Sivaji Ganesan to Dilip Kumar to Uttam Kumar to Kamalahaasan to Sharada to Savitri to K R Vijaya to Padmini to Suchitra Sen, had unique and distinct voice modulation dynamics for which they are well-known. Well this is some small amount of history that I know. Not sure if this would suffice. Do disregard it if it's not validated.
It's a shame that Tamil cinema industry is still finding it hard to produce a Tamil speaking Top league actress . They should prefer Tamil girls . My respect increased on actors like Nithya Menon, Keerthy Suresh who always prefers their own voice.
Trisha pesanumnu avasiyam illa avanga eyes pesum... Apadi paatha endha heroin um avanga voice la nadikala konjam per pesi irupanga ... Avanga voice andha character ku suit aana pesuvanga.... First avanga pesi than act pannuvanga apram than dubbing artist voice ah add pannuvanga. .. ethula enna thappu iruku avanga pesama act epadi panna mudium ..
If Trisha speaks fluent tamizh it will be like this. Just close ur eyes nd listen it matches with her voice. Dubbing artists always have many modulation so it might be not so clear in this interview. Trisha said in interview that she practiced dialogue for the scenes not for dubbing I think so. Anyway they have to speak infront of camera right
Trisha also did reference dub which was mentioned by krithika too. Krithika followed that Reference dub for better dialects and pronounciation. Krithika did a great job ✌️❣️
TRISHA Expressions queen.. even Trisha didn't fluently speak any language except english..in that case she deserves Hollywood movies, but she is doing great job from last 20 years with her acting and expressions 96 is best example
That's hilarious she studied together with my friend in Adarsh school and she spoke Tamil well during school days she is pure Tamil girl born brought 40 years chennai.these are some group of people who kist show off in English. So she is that kind. Otherwise she cam speak local Tamil. Now just speaks Tamil lile English she thonks thats style 🤣.so it's juts faking. Not other state or other country girl.namma ooru local chennai ponnu.
@@Reality30000 exactly ..these people behave as if they are Stanford graduates n lived in LA 😅😅😅😅...Jayam Ravi/ Trisha / Anjali s movie dialogue is what I remember when he tells not knowing English is not that crime than Tamil in Tamil Nadu .. Same applies to her !!! Despite born n brought in Chennai in all press meets she switched to English rather speaking in Tamil .. That way khush is far far better than her who speaks fluently in all press meets .
Trisha is a TamBrahm and hence her Tamil is likely to reflect that. But very unfortunately, she will be subjected to ridicule and called out for being a Brahmin. So, she's decided to stick with English.
Being successful heroine because of Trisha brand...she don't know Telugu as well but here successful actress.we want classy acting with expressions thats fine. We understand english when she speak on stages. Short n sweet without over acting and controversy..
Guys, give credit to Krithika. Trishtrashers DID NOT dub.dubbing is a skill. Trisha can never speak or dub for her regular Tamil, let alone "Senthamil" WIsh she gave credit to thos dubbing artist just like Anushka or Nayanthara acknowledges Deepa venkat. ..always
Maniratnam mentioned in one interview that Aishwarya Rai learns and speaks Tamil while acting way better than the Tamil artists. Now I know which Tamil artist he meant 🤣 Aish never for once said the difficulties of the language unlike Trisha who was crying everywhere about "Sen-Tamil" (not even Senthamizh) as if she dubbed herself.
Anyways Aishwarya's flaws in Tamil pronunciation can be rectified by dubbing artist. Like yesteryear actresses they should learn and dub the language when they act.
I applaud krithika Nelson talent. Even I thought it's Trisha's own Dubbing. However, I'm hugely disappointed that after many years, being a Tamil actress. Trisha cant even dub in tamil by herself. Not doubting her acting, but for me a complete actor is who can dub for herself too
Kalki sir ,you escaped ,our film field had enough artists who can speak and act Simultaneously ,who can pronounce Tamil correctly ,To day I pity our grand children ,"one show action ,someone brings emotion through VOICE,,,Why? There are plenty of theater artists who are all well trained BUT BUT ,,Money Kasu Dhuttu ,Panam ,Fame! All these have captured our minds Kalki Sir We are looking at your characters in "Maniam Sir's " pictures (not thrisha or Iswaria) I have the images of Mr "Pasupathy" as AdhithaKarikalan ,smt"Punithavathi Ilankovan"as "sembianmadevi" in YMCA Ponniyinselvan" ,We are happy with Those pictures

While I was Watching it theatre, people at the back was commenting that Trisha didnt suit for cholas!! There are so many actress who could pull this off more than her!!
its a shame that TRisha is requesting for a dubbing artist..what nonsense..using your own voice is part of your job..really disappointed..i actually thought trisha spoke with her own voice
