the only ppl who truely believe this is more technical than OSDM are little kids who don't know any better and just picked up there first guitar less than 2 years ago don't get me wrong I love the faceless but their song writing is way more impressive than the difficulty of the riffs themselves and thats what great music is realy about anyway

It's just my opinion man, don't take it too seriously. I just find The Faceless to be on par with bands like Necrophagist and other interesting tech death bands. Black Dhalia Murder just don't cut it in my opinion, they're a tight band I'll give them that but I hate their vocal style and bands who imitate them. In other words I don't appreciate death-core even though I do know all well that The Faceless do have death-core elements in their music, they just sound more mature and interesting...

black dahlia murder is melodic death metal actually. their not technical or even in the same genre as necrophagist so dont compare them.
