Dominique Morgan (She/Her) is an international award-winning artist, activist, and philanthropist. Dominique also leads Starks and Whitiker Consulting as Founder and CEO, where she leverages her lived experiences of mass incarceration and 18 months in solitary confinement. Her work spans sex education, radical self-care, and transformative youth development, aimed at dismantling the prison industrial complex through her innovative “gender to prison pipeline” theory.
