You dont need to get rid of 3 phase just dont use it. All your stuff could still be wired 2 phase. Resale value on a building like that will plummet and it is a lot of money to put it back in.

Damn nice facility, And im sure having beds, a kitchen, and showers sure helps with employee retention. I didn't pay attention to if you had showers or not but that's a must for my dream facility because man would it be nice.

I believe they are buyer brand but dont hold me to that. Dualtech supplies the boxes we just tell them what configuation we want. Usually we do 2 60" up front and 2 48" in the back. This truck was built for someone else who backed out after it was built so we purchased it and didnt spec it. Our drivers arent fond of the smaller boxes theyd rather have the way we spec with the 60s and 48s

Theres a whole section in the back that is full of cars, he didnt show it in the video. But I promise theres plenty back there! Just shows how big the facility is!!!
