Elijah Wood its one of my favorite artists and in every movie he apears hes survives in some movie and in 4th grade I was like zake cool kid and ismael and me where the cool kids and I was the fastest to and them in 5th the kids where funking assholes

I only speak english as a second language but I still detect an 'unusual' intonation in Elijah's speech that I think I've heard before. Can any americans tell what type of accent is that? Or maybe it's just me that hears it?
