i was living in Foshan last year they have a couple of areas outdoors where they repaired shoes on the sidewalk, I even started making shoes after buying some machines and tools, the video is showing a booth or small shop. they have many of these all over Guangzhou!

To the people complaining, this probably cost the shoe owner like 10 dollars or less for the repair.

Plastic heel and super glued top lift. The guy is probably wondering how the heck that cheap shoe was never sold to the throw away Americans..
