The son of one of Colt's friends skips and Colt goes to South Carolina after him, but they aren't running moonshine like he thought and the regular drivers quit.
My car broke down so I was stuck in the barracks for the weekend. I bought The Fall Guy dvd box set to keep me amused. That week I went out and bought a pickup!!
So glad I stumbled across this channel because it takes me back to the days when a square body Chevy was the most indestructible vehicle in the world. At least that's what I thought when I was a kid
I got to see a whole episode of Fall Guy, nearly 40 years since the last time I've done that. All because I was watching shorts of genxjono talking about old good tv shows, like BJ and the Bear. So I started doing some searches, and next thing you know, I was here.
Oh respectfully it gets old alright - Come on why couldn't a presumed basically smart man not have a been able to finish at on college or another finally !
It's funny you mention his hat. Go to Google and look up 'The Big Valley'. He played Heath Ledger for several years on that show and it was a western! No kidding.
This episode had a Dukes of Hazzard-feel to it. lol =) How? Well, for starters, you saw Daisy's yellow Roadrunner / Plymouth GTX in some of those scenes and it appeared to be sporting the General Lee's 10 spoke American Racing rims/wheels. Also, whenever they would show them putting the fake moonshine/cocaine in the back of the cars, they'd play that banjo twang sound, like they did in Dukes whenever Rosco was about to chase Bo & Luke, or Boss & Rosco was about to scheme the Dukes, they'd play that banjo twang. lol Yep, it was like The Fall Guy meets the Dukes in a way, sorta. =) Oh, and some of those cb antennas looked like the General Lee's also. I'd bet that was filmed on the Valencia Ranch where The Dukes of Hazzard was filmed, it looked like those dirt roads the General Lee drove on..
Glad I'm not the only one who spotted the similarities, I remember noticing these things when the show aired 40 years ago. It certainly seemed like this episode took a poke at the DoH, considering the content and the vehicles used and wrecked. The white 4 door Monaco kinda resembled the early police cars from season one, and I can't help wondering if the yellow Satellite was one of the two used on the Dukes from season two. Even the white pickup used in the crash , though not a Ford, seem to mimic Jesse's....lol. Another similarity is how they filmed the cars, driving straight over the camera set just below the surface on the roadway....that was frequently done on the Dukes.
Interesting fact, Eric stoltz who plays "little juice " in this episode was the original Marty Mcfly in Back to Future. After filming quite a bit with stoltz, the director thought he wasn't a good fit and he was replaced by Michael j Fox.
Eric was a bit too aggressive to be Marty. He's also a little taller than Michael J. Fox.Lee Majors has not died yet,he's 82.Markie Post passed in 2021🙁She was a great actress👍Loved the Heather era( Thomas,Locklear and the movie,Heathers😅)
Back in the 80s, most people didn't have a computer or even internet. The movie Electric Dreams showed for the first time how computers could connect with phone lines and transmit images from work to home and back again. In 1987, the movie No Way Out was released to theaters. The movie InnerSpace was not a big hit. But it did have a lot of innovative effects.
Greetings Nice to come across these gems Wow Trish von devere stars in this Columbo comes to mind and the changeling Wat an actress Was married to George C Scott if I'm not mistaken Thankyou so much 🙏🙏❤❤
I wish I could do Parkour. We did our own version as Kids, running around at night in the Apartment Buildings they put up across the street. So much fun. So dangerous but we never got hurt. Fun times.
Those blatant mistakes drive me crazy. The wall is one colour then it's different or hairstyles don't remain the same. They're still better Shows than what's on now.
Mmm lucky !! I saw him in person at Universal Studios when I was a Kid. He has a funny blip on his nose that you don't really notice on TV. I thought he was better for Farrah than Ryan. Too bad the way it worked out.
Love this series , watched it when it was new and it’s just as good now. On another note , looks like Colt destroyed all the evidence in this one. LOL.🤙👏☮️🐮🦆
Souped up hotrods, running shine, dont get much better. Only thing their missing is Daisy Duke, but I think they got Carrie from the 1976 movie as the kids mom.. not sure why they gave Colt a full load on his first run but oh well made for fun driving some good crashes that's all that matters.
I have Parkinson Disease, Memory lost I a result, at home a lot so watch a lot of TV, I know I seen every esp. but with memory lost cannot remember what happen in them, so for me like watching it for the first time, but do not get me wrong I would not want Parkinson Disease on my worst enemy
