Yeah I like Bushwick when it was gritty down the floor. I agree no more community. I remember the empty lots we played in as well. The empty lots was replace with affordable housing. For instance the town house on Woodbine and Wilson Avenue. Now modern building are being builds in bushwick which make rent got damn high. People who been living here before this new wave came here are struggling to pay expensive rent. Which affect the home grown organic community and they are moving out of Bushwick fast. I remember a time when we come out to play in the summer, fall, or maybe winter depending how cold it was that day. Drinking from fire hydrants when we was thirsty. Treating are afternoon like The Goonies, band of adventurous kids taking risks and creating excitement. I see how I grew is the past because I don't see that now.
