Great video! Really enjoyed it. The product code on the console cant be coincidence, haha. Also, as a fun fact the ship is indeed called Falsion. It appears much later as one of the playable ships in Gradius Gaiden.
Holy crap, I remember playing that last game back when I was a kid! It was on an emulator, but I'm never gonna forget that music and the 3-D effect the game had.
"7 games is a small number of games for an addon" looks at wii speak, the gamecube lan adapter, it's gba-connection-cable, n64 transfer pak... amazing result with the video tho
AK's pronunciation of Shaolin Ken seemed perfectly fine, just slow. I can't remember the last time someone said they butchered something in Japanese and it was actually wrong...
It's a shame that 3D gaming and never really made a huge splashI would have thought it would be really cool to be able to play a game in proper 3D. It also makes me wonder if emulators have been able to emulate this by doing side-by-side 3D and sending it to a modern 3D TV and using those active shutter glasses
Didn't know about this until now when I looked at the list of FCDS-games since I'm finally getting a Disk System :p Only had one game for it since before because I happen to be a fan of Gall Force (also have that for MSX haha). Cool bit of early 3D-tech for sure! Noticed I can get it for a not too bloody price as well in case I decide I want to add it to my collection. A bit limited funds wise so I'll have to tthink about it since I want games for so many systems and also have other hobbies :D
Okay, so why does your intro theme have two startup measures? I don't understand why the new four-count is followed by the old, barely audible bass notes, rather than it replacing the 'ᵇᵐ ᵇᵐ ᵇᵐ ᵇᵐᵐᵐ ᵇᵐ ᵇᵐᵐᵐ', or the two elements playing at the same time. I just want to hear the count-in precede the actual song part of the song...
