Ingredients
1 egg
2 Bananas
150ml milk
80g sugar
60ml vegetable oil
salt
Vanilla 7g
baking powder 8g
flour 150g
vinegar

If you need the English version :
Put ~1 table spoon of sugar (white or brown if U can) and then cut the bananas (you can also use apple instead) in a pan
In a bowl add 1egg, a pinch of salt, 1 pinch of vanilla sugar (or 1 tea spoon vanilla extract) and then mix,
Add 150ml of milk then mix again
Add 60 ml of oil then mix
Add 150grams of flour with 8 grams of baking powder (sifted) and then mix it well
You can add 1 table spoon vinegar or lime juice so that your cake will be fluffier
Then pour the mix over the banana slowly so that it won't move the bits (so that they caramelize)
