Ingredients:
2 pork knuckles (about 1,200 g each)
1-2 tablespoons of salt
2 carrots
2 onions
gelatin (optional)
Use the gelatin as directed, halving the amount indicated
Dissolve 5 g gelatine in 350 ml broth
Parsely
2-3 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons capers (or finely chopped pickles)
Black pepper and salt to taste
800 grams of potatoes
250 grams of mushrooms
100 grams of bacon
1 onion
1-2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard
80 ml of the pickle brine (with vinegar)
3-5 pickles

Pork knuckle baked in the oven is a traditional German dish. Such a dish will decorate the festive table. It's very tasty and inexpensive. In this recipe we will not cook the knuckle, we will put it in the oven immediately. A recipe I often use to prepare a delicious dinner with a knuckle in the oven. Cook with love!
Ingredients:
2 pork knuckles
The weight of a knuckle of pork is approx. 1500 g
2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp dried onion
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1-2 tsp chili pepper
1-2 tbsp mild mustard
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce:
1.5 tbsp BBQ sauce
1.5 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tsp paprika
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
Brush the knuckles 1-2 times with the sauce and bake for another 10 minutes
4 potatoes
Slice
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
bacon
Bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes
