He probably does alot of explosive exercises and his acceleration is crazy.One exercise that could help improving acceleration is single leg jumps.They give the leg power the more power you have the better acceleration

Another good one Rudy! Great to see you back on the grass as well, kicking a ball about. The interview with Traore was great too, such a grounded individual. Lewis Holmes We signed them both in the summer of 2015 generally us villa fans like Gestede. But we hate that useless overrated waste of space Adama Traore. For sure he’s fast as lightning but that’s all he has in his locker his crosscrossing is unbelievably poor he’s fails in the premiership twice relegated he’ll never be considered one of the greats he’s constantly lazy sulky & not consistent enough week in week out every game in the championship let alone the premiership. Half a good season in English football & im stil waiting to see this star that we (villa) was told we were signing.
