This is crazy! I gotta get to your level bro😭 I started cubing a month ago my PR for 3x3 is 23.99 seconds. So I still got some work to do. But great job 👍
Maybe he making sure to stop the timer bc he could see it while still being blindfolded. And no, the timer only starts after being on reset and your palms have to be touching the timer for longer than just an instant to actually start.
I thought you didn't even make an attempt that day. You were up walking around, and I didn't get my timer started yet. I was sad until I heard you did this.
Easiest method to understand is called OP, slightly better but (at first) less intuitive is the M2 method. And don’t try to learn 3-style right away, first learn a simple method to get a good grasp and then slowly switch to 3-style. Biggest thing to practice is how you setup a piece for an alg and bring it back to the original position. (You will understand what I mean by that after you’ve watched some tutorials). And the biggest problem (at least for me) is how to memorize the information while thinking about solving it with my eyes closed. So really take your time to memorize the letter pairs/words (also this you will understand after you’ve watched some tutorials) Hope, I could help
I'd suggest OP for corners and M2 for edges. Jack Kai ( a former WR holder) has some great tutorials on youtube. Afterwards id suggest just using these methods to solve cubes normally. So you can get familiar with algs, and comfortable with memo. Then you can move on to actually trying it blind. Just M2/OP can get you into the sub 1 minute range. If you wanna take it to the highest level you'll need to start 3-style which is a huge commitment
It’s difficult to learn but just break it down and do drills. Don’t actually touch a blindfold until you are familiar and comfortable with all of the commutators.
@@the_no1_ginger252 Comms? If you're just learning 3bld then don't learn any comms, stick with OP/OP or M2/OP. 3style is way too much of a commitment for a bld newbie
@@cubisthenos6299 obviously ^^ but the beginner method, op and m2 still use some variations of commutator algs so I don’t think he was talking about learning 3-style right away.
@@RedCnMn OP and M2 both use conjugates, not commutators. A conjugate follows the form A B A' whereas a commutator follows the form A B A' B'. In the case of OP edges for example, It would be Setup T-Perm Setup'.
@@hamzaabbaszaidi8788 I did “do my research” This is the first half of Regulation 9f12c: For 3x3x3 Multi-Blind, rankings are assessed based on the number of puzzles solved minus the number of puzzles not solved, where a greater difference is better. If the difference is less than 0, or if only 1 puzzle is solved, the attempt is considered unsolved (DNF). The bottom of the regulation clearly states that only 1 cube solved is DNF.
Bruh, you have to consider the fact that when your doing memo, it is harder because you have more cubes to memorize. I would suggest trying to get a 2/2 that is double or less than double your best 3BLD time. For example, if your best 3BLD is 1 min, then try to get 2 cubes in 2 min
