Simple question, since you are the same company (I think). Fastway hitch or the Equal-i-zer hitch. Fastway is cheaper by almost half where I live. Is the fastway a 2 point sway and the Equal-i-zer 4 point?

Virgil, You are correct. Both the Fastway e2 hitch and the Original Equal-i-zer Sway Control Hitch are produced by Progress Mfg. Inc. in Provo, UT. The e2 hitch is a 2-point sway control hitch, with one on each side of the trailer frame at the end of the spring arms. The Equal-i-zer hitch is a 4-Point sway control hitch, with two points at the end of the spring arms, and two points in the hitch head itself. The e2 hitch is a better option than using a ball mount or an old-fashioned chain-style hitch, because it gives you good weight distribution, and easy to use built-in sway control. It out-performs other sway control hitches and hitches with add-on sway control. The Equal-i-zer hitch is in a class by itself. It is made in America, has a lifetime warranty, and is by far the best performing sway control hitch you can get.

Does adding an E2 trunnion hitch give me more tongue weight?

Yes, adding a weight distribution/sway control hitch will add the weight of the hitch to your tongue weight. This should be taken into account when choosing a hitch model.

do i need to have equal tire pressure in all four tires when using this hitch? Exmple: I have tires that can go up to 80 pounds psi. 1/2 ton 2020 Ford F150 towing a 6000Lb trailer. Thanks in advance
