Soviets attacked directly into Finland and tried to occupie the country, they wanted to take over Finland because Stalin's paranoia and because of the tactical areas he wanted to be able to attack the Nazis and defende themselves from them. If we didn't fight back, we would speak Russian nowdays. Great reaction, just wanted to clarify that (in my eyes) it was being more than a "3rd party" in WW2 😊
Just thought I’d let you know this is the continuation war. The continuation war occurred after the winter war during the German invasion of the Soviet Union. And Finland was allied with Germany during the continuation war, but they sort of did their own thing about it. It was during the winter war that the deadliest sniper ever made his fame, and it’s during the continuation war, that this guy made his claim to fame by taking the HIGH road…aka meth
The reactions for these videos are great, and there are too many to suggest but you need to keep going, some of his videos are just amazing and you give great reactions to them. If you want some suggestions, though really any of his vids would make for a great reaction video, I could suggest the USS O'bannon, B52 bomber, B2 bomber, B1 bomber, and Battleship New Jersey sinks an island. Keep the videos coming though man.
Alright, I just checked and from what I could find one pill had about 3mg of meth in it. Also Interesting side note, theses once source mentioning it's usage in Vietnam....
Honestly what I’m most curious about is one, how he managed to not die from starvation, dehydration, or blood loss (from having his foot shredded by a mine and a second explosion when opening the door). Second how the hell didn’t he die after ingesting so much pervatin he was basically still high 14 weeks later.
I'm guessing the meth was keeping his body from from falling apart. Pervatin greatly suppresses the feeling of hunger, and the below zero cold was probably keeping his decimated foot frozen. As for dehydration he had a canteen and melted snow into it alongside disgusting pine stew/sludge. I'm no doctor but humans are disgustingly resilient, some more than others mind you. However putting my best guess forth I believe he only survived ingesting the literal meth nugget due to skiing so unthinkably far that his body was using the meth like adrenaline, heart beating relentlessly. Had he not been so active and instead sat still long enough it's likely he would've died then and there. On top of this all eating that bird was a life saver, just like the heat of the burning cabin. As for not freezing in his sleep I can only guess that again Meth was coursing through his veins, coupled with enough exhaustion to make his body slow down to a crawl during slumber.
Depending on your starting weight, you can survive 2-4 weeks without food normally. On top of that, meth suppresses apatite so he wouldn't have felt hungry or suffered from the mental side effects of starvation. As for the water issue. Humans are naturally good at endurance marches and with snow and trees all around him he had all that was necessary to make water. As for him surviving being more meth than man, that's probably due yo his break neck pace he set. The adrenaline, constant exertion, etc. Kept the Meth from overwhelming his system. And on the topic of blood loss from the mine to the foot. The snow probabltly acted as a makeshift bandage and stuck to his mangled limb then froze onto it. Probably caused significant frost bite damage but it kept him from bleeding out at least.
