I'm seeing some talk about Rubber Bullets and I want to correct the record on something. "Rubber bullets" aren't what people think they are. They aren't bullets made of soft rubber, they're bullets covered in plastic. They're actually incredibly dangerous weapons that can easily kill people. Rubber bullets routinely blind and crippler people. They aren't harmless like they are often presented as on TV. Remember, guns in TV and movies are almost never presented as what they're actually like IRL. It's a fantasy.
Yeah, i think the movie is supposed to give the impression they are lethal or extremely dangerous, but because he's Hobbes, it barely makes him flinch.

@Josuke Ruins Everything. Or at least he didn't want Hobbs(or Shaw) to get hurt. I think several guards and inmates got severly wounded and some may have died. A bit extreme considering the fact that the guards were doing their job
