I'm 5'10" and 240 but confidence comes n goes, I'm my weight by purposefully eating more calories and exercise, but sometimes I get lazy on the eating and drop a few pounds. In other words, maybe consider powerlifting/strongman and your size/stature will be an advantage!

So you know, outsiders telling you stuff about weight can make you feel bad, but everyone should also try to have confidence in their body.

I used to weight 293 at my heaviest. Now I am back down to my high school weight of 200 and still working on it. I used to work in dental offices so I sat behind a computer for 8 hours a day. Window Cleaning saved my life over 10 years ago. I started dropping pounds right away by scrubbing windows and solar panels 3-4 hours a day. I have not been to a gym in years! Health is Wealth Stavy!
