Choking deaths of women may be a accident because both parties are so daft they don't know that its that dangerous, The fact that a good number of men kill themselves by choking while masturbating and they still do it would suggest that a lot of people are unaware of how dangerous it is. Nonetheless it is getting more common. Is this because people are getting stupider? Maybe, but the prevalence of choking in porn seems to me like a more logical explanation. I just women s shaming other women as a form of a labor strike. They are outraged that some people will have lower demands, and they can't have that, otherwise everybody loses their bargaining power.
Or, viewed from the other end of the lens, female promiscuity is a form of strike-breaking, where women with preferences far from the average act according to those individual preferences, and against the interests of the group.
That's a theory but has rarely been shown in the real world outside of a few special one-offs. In the real world, bargaining power is set by parents and the sex ratio.

I'm sorry but I don't believe slut shaming protects anyone other then insecure people's egos. I'm a sex worker a cam model and I get slut shamed all the time when I also haven't had sex in over 2 years because I haven't met anyone I felt connected enough to have sex. It's funny how people think because I'm comfortable in my sexuality that I just sleep with anyone and everyone. I don't care what anyone says. I wholeheartedly respect myself and my body.
It's interesting that being anti trans was all the right needed to accept feminism, and the institutional part, creating guidelines and journals on masculinity isn't seen as a necessary target for criticism except occasionally.

No the reverse - some of the right accept trans (for now - as it is such small numbers) as a foil against femunism. It is up to women to decide. Shame once served a purpose in ostracising deviant behaviours and causing reputational damage. Now, anything goes. Shameful behaviours are now acceptable. Men are not allowed to have a opinion without being called misogynistic.
Perhaps ideas are being called misogynistic because they are incomplete in the service of confusing the facts or worse. For example, by women, if you mean mothers (parents, actually) of girls then I agree. This may be how some people who call themselves feminists behave in practice, but that doesn't make it feminism. If people like that are calling themselves feminists, it just means there are some chattering-class westerners playing silly status games.

Lack of logic. Yes, one or two honest women can be ruined, but not the majority of the women. Just as one or two people may be killed by cars, but the cars are still beneficial for majority of us. Botten line is: The world is not perfect, and a good measure is never good for everyone.

They try to backtrack and find "a good, old fashioned woman" and cannot find her because either all have been "used" by men like them, or they refuse to settle for an irresponsible, overgrown kid full of STDs. If a promiscuous woman is abused by men, then you don't blame the woman herself but you also don't blame the slut-shamers. You blame the abusive men, obviously. My own sense is that slut-shaming is okay when used as a general commentary; it should be okay to make the statement "female promiscuity has negative consequences for wider society". But it's bad to use it to target individual women, because a woman's private life is just that - private, off-limits.
