the ladders were despawning because when somone got the button somone else got the button so the ladders transferd to that other persons inventory.

Bere if you feel like you're getting hit too much in diversity, you can always go to settings in pause menu go to controls got to game sensitivity then make it higher then you can be quicker to react its a good tip to tell everyone. :)

The ladders kept disappearing because someone else clicked the button which gave them the ladders and took away the ladders from the first person who pressed the button.

The reason the ladders disappear is because if someone presses the button then the person that pressed it before will lose their ladders and the person that pressed it after gets the ladders.
