STREAM AND DOWNLOAD THE SONG EVERYWHERE 👇👇 li.sten.to/2EaTCBe This shooting was really exhausting, we almost crashed into the mountains, I'm very proud of the results anyway :D Tell me what you think of the video in the comments below, please, I would love to hear your feedback !
As a Chinese gamer who fell in love with this tune from The Witcher 3 OST, thank you so much for doing this. The wistful and sorrowful sound of the erhu is a perfect fit for this song - the only problem now is I can't tell whether the nostalgia I feel is for Skellige or my homeland.
The beauty of the ehru being in this song for you probably is that it tells the story of you as Chinese in the lands of Skellige. It mixes who you are and your love for the lands together in one.
That actually made me sad. remembering how i rode through the fields of ard Skellig for hours playing this amaziing game and listening to the amazing soundtrack. extremely beautiful cover :)
@@EliottTordo_Erhu and by the way i recommend to listen to the force suite from star wars. I could imagine it would make up an awesome cover on your erhu 😬 i would absolutely love to hear that
When i listen to this...i am overwhelmed with emotions...happiness, sadiness,, longing, content, peace, joy, adventure...absolute masterpiece...thank you.
I will definitely be walking down the aisle to this during my wedding next year. We are both gamers and drawn to the ambient and melancholic melody of this masterpiece ❤️
Love it. Used to find this piece so relaxing, would often just leave Geralt idle in Skellig just to hear this on repeat. Would you think of doing this again and having Angele doing the vocals?
I have heard you for the first time and I wanted to tell you that someone who plays like this does it from the heart and pure soul like the landscape that accompanies your video. Thank you for making magic with your hands so that it reaches my ears, my heart ... Greetings from Barcelona.
I'm a recent subscriber. So this comment is 3 years late. This is another song I keep coming back to. The scenery, the song itself, but I think it's really just how you play the Erhu. You really amplify the feeling of the song.
I discovered Eliott while suffering from witcher 3 game finish... this is the closest of recreating joy of first time playing the game... I`m so happy I did not rushed to the finish and actually enjoy in the game immensely doing side quests and just riding trough wast area in game :)... thank you Eliott
Wow this is breathtaking. I loved slowly walking through Skellig and listening to this beautiful soundtrack and you did it justice - more than that, you gave it a breath of fresh air! This is truly art. It's amazing!
Breath taking. You have taken a deceptively simple instrument and used your passion/ creativity/ exceptional technical skill, to transform a beautiful melody into a wondrous work of art. Thanks.
I must say your playing is beautiful! I knew your erhu which is a common, economic and lower than third class erhu. However, your play made it into a first class erhu! Really, you're truly an artist!
Thanks ! I must admit : the erhu I used to record the song is a much higher quality instrument than the one you see in the video :D I don't take it outside because the conditions are always very harsh and would destroy the instrument very quickly ! The one you see in the video is my "acting" erhu. It has seen snowstorm, been under a waterfall, been at the sea...
YAAAAAAAAY another beautiful Erhu piece to put on loop! :D It's very nice and calm, inspirational, and also epic! The snowy background really fits the mood.
I haven’t been following you for long now but every single piece I loved. It’s so calming en relaxing. When I make homework I always listen to, I can say, this art. It helps me focus. Thank you for your hard work. I can say you’re really talented🙏🏻
This is grandiose! Your emotions show in the music you play as usual; in this video, idea of raising one's soul higher, with more devotion and thorough instrospection. this is what i saw and felt from your instrument and yourself.
