America promises the opportunity of economic success and prosperity. To achieve this dream, very often requires a high level commitment to working long hours, nights and weekends, all in the name of "Providing well". This means you probably don't make it home by 630pm each night to sit for supper with your family and to have a meaningful evening with them. It also means you probably won't be sitting in church with them every Sunday morning and if you do, you have to have your phone with you to take any "necessary" work calls. You reap what you sow. America gives to you with one hand and takes away with the other. Prosperity is great and godly as long as you make it home by supper and spend quality time with your children. Otherwise, it's better to be poor and have a happy family life.

Ive heard on several platforms that we are in uniquely trying times with regards to honoring father and mother because of the sins of the booms, but ive yet to hear anyone mention there was a generation that literally had to wake up every morning in the wilderness and look at their parents knowing it was their fault and still obey this

Boomer here. Born 1962. You guys are painting with a bit of a broad brush. My whole adult life I have fought against government largest. At every turn, I voted conservative and not for the endless spending. I don’t feel responsible for where we are today, but I live among the people who did. You guys should not paint with a broad brush like this.

Does the 5th commandment look different for those no longer living with their parents? Does Eph 6 apply to these? Where does Scripture answer this?

What is it in Talmudic Juudaism that is so "seriously threatening" beyond any other document created by religious people of this world? Have you ever read the Talmud, or is your information coming largely from hostile sources that don't actually understand the way the Talmud presents information (i.e. the rabbinic dialogue and dialectic in order to understand how rabbinic J3ws are to conduct themselves in this world)? Could you provide references and a proper understanding of what portions of Talmud are so "seriously threatening" to the Christian faith? Which "Juudaism" are you speaking of, as well? Orthodox? Conservative? Reform? Deconstructionist? Are you seriously meaning to imply that Orthodox Juudaism is as "secular" as Reform Juudaism? Don't you think this is just a tad bit of broad-brushing in order to justify a position you seem intent on maintaining? And as long as we are speaking of subversive, modern-day Juudaism wants nothing to do with Christianity, with many modern-day rabbis perfectly content to allow Gentile Christians to live and believe however they want as long as they seek to live righteously and not persecute them (it's Messianic J3ws that really get many of their ires up). Yes, I am aware that modern-day J3wish unbelievers do not believe that Jesus is the Messiah, and therefore this is counter to NT faith and practice, but how is Juudaism today seeking to be subversive? Seems to me more like many modern-day J3wish people want nothing to do with Jesus (much to the chagrin of Paul ala Rm. 9-11), and considering the amount of persecution coming from so-called "Christians" throughout the history of the church to this day, who can blame them? Roman Catholicism, on the other hand, is subversive to Christianity, for it preaches another Christ, just like Mormonism, JW's, and Islam. I think you might be backing down from the antisemitic statements you have made in the past and have not repented of (i.e. the J3wish nationalism comment, the J3ws being hurt by usury, laughing at "kissing the wall and wearing little hats" pejorative and dismissals you've made concerning J3wish culture, which one of your brothers-in-arms Sauve has said is entirely wicked with no substance to back that up) and I would strongly urge you to: 1) get educated about what J3wish people actually believe (and who they are) and how the Talmud was constructed and how it is utilized, 2) spend some time repenting of your harsh, unloving statements towards the J3wish people and Issrael in general (including your foolish move to go on Stew Peters who, who is an unashamed J3w-hater and H0locaust denier), and 3) stop using ad hominems and hasty generalizations to try and silence your critics and gin people up against those you disagree with. I don't know why you pick on the boomer generation. All of this started in the late 19th century with the massive immigration of Eastern Europeans to help big corporations and drive down wages. It happened when we got unions which caused economic inequity. This is one reason why you have Detroit and the rust belt. Then you have the federal income tax and the states start charging property tax. Both of these taxes put us all on the plantation. Then you have the greatest generation which gave us FDR and then in the 60's LBJ and welfare. This is a slippery slope that has been going on for a long time.

The "Greatest generation" gave us the worst generation that is My generation. For that I am sorry.
