Shout out to Stacie for hauling that battery over, total I've got this. Great video, lots of anticipation to see you trying to get it started, even though I knew how good it sounded at the games. Imagine having a boom long enough to recover a vehicle that's gone over the guardrail without having to call for a crane. That might come in handy from time to time. Better to have more than you think you'll ever need. Best!

YES, broken windshields are a Utah thing. Of ALL the other placed I have lived in the U.S., Utah is the Capital of broken windshields.

Another great video. I want to say say THANK YOU to everyone involved. Special thanks to Stacy for putting up with all the male hormones, Andrew for all the shine that makes the wrecker special, and last but not least the new gray hairs in Chad's head. This has been quite a trip. Looking forward to see finished product once the dust (sand)has settled.

With the firing order mistake, It's easy for get in a groove and forgot that what you're working on isn't what you're used to doing. I've owned and worked on many Oldsmobile powered cars in my life, I've also owned and worked on many Chevrolet powered vehicles in my life. My current Olds Cutlass has a SBC that I built and installed, when I had to replace the hall effect switch in the distributor I replaced the wires on the cap and it would not start. I double checked the firing order a dozen times before I picked up my mistake. I absentmindedly ran them counter clockwise like an Olds (same firing order, same no 1 position, but the distributor turns CCW).

Thank you guys for the content….im an old hotrodder from Arkansas…huge 68 Chevy truck fan….but I also have A 69 mustang….go figure….sometimes cars just find us….anyway I was one of the crazy ones who voted for a Duramax in griz….so maybe your next project you could show us how to get a Duramax to run in a old Chevy??? Or…when that ford blows up…lol…I’ve learned a lot from you guys even the B- team….so …I guess …you can teach an old dog new tricks…lots of love from arkansas

On the boom rest I would build it with a saddle so that if you need to do a side pull with the boom down you won't need a second winch line to counter act the load.

Group 31 are used in semi tractors, they have 4 hooked together, they will start with 2 on a warm day lol you have enough battery for sure
