don't have the game or will play it, just watched the 'movie' and i don't know what to even think about the last scenes. it's simultaneously really cool, ridiculous, crazy, entertaining, and silly/dumb all at once. and I'm not sure which one to feel lol The one takeaway I have is Shang Tsung has leapt up the ranks in terms of top villains. His smugness, smirks, smartassery, viciousness, and deception are top-tier. He really is an overachieving shady mf'er

Some dark designs like Li Mei and Smoke look better than the variant's we got but others like dark Shao, Dark Liu Kang, Dark Baraka etc. don't look better imo. Either way hope all come to this game eventually. Why the let Shang go idk, some pacing issues atm but novelty of seeing Kitana, Raiden and Kung Lao reunion, plus what's on the horizon makes up for it.

Dark Liu Kang should have had eyes similar to Ashava, completely devoid of light. With the darkness infecting his blood vessels starting from the black holes in his eye sockets. Showing the darkness is pulsating through his veins underneath his pale skin.

Same here. My feed was absolutely flooded with spoiler heavy material just going by the titles. Ignore that other dude had to unsub just to get this crap out of here. I paid the extra to avoid this, and now it’s gone down the drain because super can’t keep his titles a bit more ambiguous. Hope you can still enjoy the game when it comes out.
