AM Buffalo was a local TV program from WKBW-TV. It began in September 1964 as Dialing for Dollars, a combination local game show plus interviews from the stations old Main Street studio. In the Fall of 1978 the station moved to a brand new location on Church Street and South Elmwood Avenue nicknamed 7 Broadcast Plaza, and in so doing was renamed AM Buffalo. Ownership changed over the decades, and what was a studio audience participation, became more as short paid programing segments. The current station management finally decided to cut the down to 30 minutes from its older 1 hour format, then in June of 2023, the decision was made to terminate the broadcast, also known as 'Sunsetting' the program. The final week of programs cumulation of a 1 hour special on Friday, June 23rd, 2023. This is that complete program.
