"The Final Game at Texas Stadium" (Ravens vs. Cowboys 2008, Week 16) 

I got to be at that one. It was my second favorite Ravens game behind only the 2012 divisional against the Broncos. The emotional rollercoaster was incredible and that much snow around here is always a special experience.

I was at that Vikings game in Baltimore! It was nothing but snow and ice. It brings back such good memories, my dad died in 2020 and I will always remember my dad buying these 50 yard line, first row, behind the Ravens bench for so much money and once it started snowing he got up and spent the rest of the game in the heated merchandise store while I'm freezing my balls off in our seats. Loved that game and makes me smile every time I go to a Ravens game after he passed.

Of course they had the 'Ring Of Fame', with all the legendary former Cowboys' names posted. Certainly watching many a game on television there, I saw in person, two games. The first, was a Monday night game in '79, between the Eagles and the 'Boys, in which Philly prevailed, with Eagle kicker Tony Franklin booting a then stadium record field record of 59 yds. Then, on T-Giving day, 1983, on a moments notice while residing in Mesquite Texas, I attended the Cowboy/Brown game. Good memories.

Yeah, he killed the Dolphins that year in the Playoffs.

As a Steelers fan, I miss that squad too. The defensive core of Lewis, Suggs and Reed had to be respected and every game against them was like a war.

@@palaceofwisdom9448 There’s a Steelers fan at my Job, he always jokes about how the Ravens are the Steelers little Brother🤣 It’s true because we did mirror each other back in the day, especially when it came to the Defense and running the ball, but the quality of QB always has been in you favor with us SLOWLY, but sure catching up. @@kman215 lol that’s not what i meant, they were coming off a 13-3 and there was enough justification based on the talent of the roster that they could make a real super bowl run, they were 9-5 entering the last two weeks and then obviously got blown out to both the ravens and eagles

Yeah man, I watched that game live! We where the underdogs, everybody thought that Dallas was gonna blow us out, but little did they know what was coming🤣

@Jonathan Dee The One And Only They started 5-2 and lost 9 straight to end the year and it cost Billick his job. I swear if Harbaugh gets the same punishment by the Football Gods after a 6-2 start our fans will lose it.

And James (Jim ) Leonhard was a great pick up for that year. There is a reason Rex took him and Bart to New York the following year.

Even if the team went 5-11 the year before the Ravens were still a nasty defense with Ed, Ray, Nghatta, Suggs I mean this is the team that almost spoiled the perfect season before the Giants did in the Super Bowl. So for Jerry to cherry pick the Ravens was still a head scratcher not to offend the Redskins fans but I would of rather played the Redskins to end Cowboy Stadium magical run especially their rivalry and got the Ravens somewhere else that season but knowing the Cowboys they would of found a way to lose to whoever was picked for the End Of Texas Stadium
