@@Andyz_28if you kill someone in the base moveset 3 and 4 move become more stronger 3 freezing add so much more stun like 10 seconds stun and 4 make more damege and stun good combo extender (Just for todoroki) (deku Just are tp like ult) (dabi and hero hunter idk)
