This is it!! The last build video covering my Jeep Wrangler 4500 race jeep build for the 2024 King of the Hammers! We spent the last 8 months building this rig from a stock, 2009 Jeep Wrangler JK and transformed it into a full offroad race rig. My goal was to record as much as possible and show what all goes into a project like this.
In this video, we tackle a ton of projects in the last 30 days building up to the race.
Building a rig for King of the Hammers, or Ultra4 means you have to ensure you are building it according to spec, and there are many rules and regulations you have to follow.. I do want to cover some of this in a future video, really highlighting some of the specific items needed to make sure a rig can pass tech and is allowed to race.
Hopefully throughout this build video series, you have either learned something, or it has given some good ideas for future jeep projects. While this is specifically a race jeep, many of these projects can be applied to a typical Offroad Jeep build, or even buggy builds!
