For high level competition and 3 stacking ranked this is objectively a really great list but for 99 percent of the player base this list will be useless. As someone whos solod to diamond every season selfish rat strategies are always the way to go until atleast low diamond

Surely APS is not better than zipline because of the nerf. With HHM the benefit of having two movement gadgets is just better right? It's also not particularly useful for attacking teams due to constant repositioning and since attacking is the hardest why bother bringing it?
