But past weeks selloff was stifled as a lot of people were reporting their inability to trade on major platforms. (Not the first time) It seems like this "modern blockage" will just keep occurring leading to only rallies and no drops.

March last year was the turning point when the banks started collapsing again, and the bailouts happened again. There seems still a lot of banks holding on, hoping that rates drop to save their underwater bonds.
