That story at the beginning about the restaurant struggled due to COVID but the manager worked hard to make it succeed was very inspiring. He even went so far as to learn about social media and use that to market the food to new customers, while also focusing on loyal customers. They even added new recipes and enhanced the old menu items. That is amazing. Good food, good service and great dedication. Great video.
Wow thick slabs of meat and fantastic sea foods makes you drool with envy that you are not around. Any branches in Tokyo or nearby province. Pardon my question how much is that set of noodles and seafood? Are there tourist or foreigner eating there?
The dish with ikura, uni and beef with a yolk on top doesn’t make any sense to me but all the rest look great. When Japan opens up for tourists I’ll try this place.
Intentionally so. The few eggs that fall into the tray show that the dish is literally overflowing with Ikura. The restaurant wants the customers to feel that they’re being spoiled by the large volumes of food.
