The first campus built by Google | Bay View and Charleston East 

i would watch an entire documentary on the building of this building

I like how Apple's and Google's campus/HQ really reflects their design ideology and axiom on their product/services. Apple's are very unified and closely encapsulated in a loop while Google's are very diversified and are like a bazaar with many unrelated things that are somewhat related to each other.

Looks very cool, but I'm still very grateful I have my own quiet office, where I can focus and be productive. I worked in open space with conference rooms surrounded with glass for not even a month and it was a hell for me.

This looks awesome. I joined Google in early 2018 and always saw this under construction, wondering if it would ever be finished. I relocated to a different office in 2021, now I can't wait to come back to MTV soon and check it out!

Looks like an airport from inside. Not that I'm complaining!

I was not particularly impressed with the rendered mockup of the new campus. It looked kind of strange but the finished product is surely impressive. I love how much natural light the campus has. From the side view in the video, I feel every corner of the building has some natural light. I wasn't aware of the roof to be fully covered in solar panel. I thought these roof tiles are just conventional one. They look organically blended into the design which makes all of them seem natural. I don't know if there is any Asian inspiration in the roof design but I remind me of the roof of some temples or palaces in Japan. Truly beautiful. Well-done Google.

Bjarke Ingels is just one of the greatest architects of this time. Can't wait to travel to MTV and visit this amazing building.

I loved the thinking, mindset and an eagle eye perspective on which google runs itself and this campus is just a step add to that. Its really awesome to have such environmental friendly, natural campus which naturally keeps ourselves healed every now and then. Wonderful design, structure and construction 💓💯💐. Hey, @Google, what's the circular, slatted building immediately to the left of the Charleston East building? It reflects all sorts of gorgeous colors from its base. I noticed it today when I left the movie theater and drove down the side street that T's into the Charleston East Campus. I've been unable to find out what that little building is but it appears to be filled with prisms, judging by the colorful light that it gives off in the afternoon sun.

Am I wrong but people seem to have no outlook to the outside world from their desk? This is basically something you need to have by law in some countries. Anyway, it looks and feels futuristic.

3:24 those overlapping photovoltaic panels end up as the continuous surface of the "sails" on the roof. (3:53) Those are large arrays.

Everything Google does is incredible, from its products to company culture, to its campuses. I guess Google products are the only ones, a person cant go by a day without using them. We use them directly or indirectly in some or the other way daily.

it's a very expo layout design . which is cool because each workstation / office is modular and can be moved around or redesigned within that space ! and seeing the workings of the buildings is cool as well alot of the work behind the scenes not many get to see !
