Join Joleen and Jeff Turner in this quest to deliver the first-ever aquaculture Copperband Butterflyfish, Chelmon Rostratus, to different beautiful reef aquariums around South Florida. With the efforts of Rising Tide Conservation, Sea World and the Indian River Research and Education Center led by Dr. Cortney Ohs, the team of Reef Aquaria Design was able to give these amazing striped fish a new home. They have never seen live rock or any other fish species or animals, so this surely will be a very interesting experience! Enjoy!

Love this and I'd gladly pay a premium for it just to support the effort and have a hardier fish that isn't as picky of an eater. Total game changer for the hobby. In another decade CBBs may be an easy fish to keep because of people like you.

That's amazing. Hopefully these do a lot better than the wild caught ones.

I was so emotional when I received one of the first Tank Born, Yellow Tangs in Canada from Quality Marine. Still have it in my shop display. That was also possible sponsored by Boyd "Jeff"! Can't wait for Copper-bands.

Rising Tide Conservation, Sea World, and the Indian River Research and Education Center are making it possible to have a Copperband Butterflyfish in aquariums. We invite you to watch our video about it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4OF_5xaCn14.html

Amazing! My favorite fish that I have never owned. Always afraid to buy one due to poor survival rate in captivity. These should do much better, can’t wait to get one. Where do I get one from?
