The first client as a postpartum doula 

You're a new postpartum doula. You've done your training and you SWEAR you were paying attention. But that was a few weeks (months) ago and you have your first client this week and have NO IDEA what to do.
It's OK you're not alone. Every video I make is to answer questions I see posed ALL THE TIME in Facebook groups. Sometimes when we take in a lot of information we get overwhelmed by how big it is and we lose ourselves in the simplicity of it all.
In this video I go through a typical day as a postpartum doula. Hopefully it will bring you back down to the core essense and help you relax so you can be the doula you were meant to be.
