Но нужна хорошая реабилитация, не обязательно в дорогих клиниках, но консультация и обследование у лучших докторов обязательно, чтобы было правильное лечение. Узнай где можно поделать Суджок, это корейский метод, иголочки ставят в пальцы и кисть, они тончайшие, боли нет и побочки тоже, но зато эффект потрясающий! Я немного этим занимаюсь, но недавно, 3года всего, а у меня есть знакомая, она тоже врач, и занимается 15лет, очень хорошие результаты, ставит на ноги спортсменов после тяжелейших травм, буквально возвращает их здоровье на 10-15лет назад. Так что не отчаивайся,, всё в твоих руках,, Лучше всего поделать Суджок у настоящих корейских мастеров, подумай, как можно их найти.. Успехов! Любовь из России!!

I don't know much about osteo other that you need to train to keep muscles, fascia and bones strong and flexible even more then. The guy I started training parkour with in my mid thirties had a severe spine issue though. Yet he already trained for several years when I met him at 35. He literally would get paralyzed when he stopped training and sat for too long. His spine would lock and shut down. He had to wiggle on the floor so he could move and walk again. I'm in my late forties now and still train. I even discovered a new method of training combining yoga, parkour and (ecstatic) dance techniques. I call it dancing with the walls or yopada. This is also the type of movement I'd suggest to you. It's more about flowy moves and less about hard jumps like those Dom does in the videos. You can look up "animal flow" on YT to see something similar (but less fun).

Man that's dope, thanks for taking the time to reply in detail. This gives me a lot of hope to get involved, I'll check out that animal flow, n yeah yoga is definitely something that helped. My biggest issue is finding good exercises that don't stress my spine out, when I got diagnosed they offered me no help at all, just said look up stuff on RU-vid, that was from the specialist... typical eh? I checked out RU-vid and ended up fucking my back up for months by doing something that stressed my spine. So kinda looking to a community that understand this stuff better than my specialist xD@@onreact

Thanks! I plan too add more spliced content like this, gives things more context! When I started parkour I learnt I could take substantial impact pretty quick, but I found out how much it was an individual trait after 9 years. That’s when I really started to push the scale.
