i used keyless to open my e bike now how to lock it i dont know cause when i pressed lock the dashboard cant off

I am not getting any movement when I push in to release the battery. I am doing the code / app correct because I am getting the long beep. This is very frustrating as I just spent a lot on the extended range and now I can't switch out batteries 😢

@dongliangliu-oo6kp even my new replacement electromagnetic lock from Fiido still wont unlock , this bike is a disaster so may are posting about the exact same problem .

Hello, I also have the same problem. The battery does not want to come out of its place. I tried all the methods, but to no avail. The 5M secret does not work. Did you find a solution to this problem or not? Please contact me.

Yeah I have the same problem… this video makes it look so easy. I want to got the extra batteries but there’s no point if I can’t remove the battery. 🧐
