The background music, the introduction of Stonehenge, it's like an episode of In Search of. All that's missing is Leonard Nimoy's narration. The 70's sure made some creepy documentaries.

@@no_clot_shot1128That’s because when you look at the moon you’re seeing the light reflected from the ENTIRE moons surface not just the little patch in front of the camera as you are here. Believe what you want but you can inform yourself about these things if you’re really interested.

i was a kid in 1970 and this brings back memories of the styles. parts of this video would have been very trippy in 1970. there were lots of experimental film styles and attempts to do something different

This is seriously cool, I am gen x, never got to watch it but my folks did. There was one TV on my Mums street in Dunedin New Zeal And all the neighbors were invited to watch this broadcast live. Must've been quite the ego boost for the televisions owner... a drag on catering though I bet, but worth it! Sadly, there are more brown faces at a Maga Rally than this entire movie....

Apollo 13 was also a good film. Who made Apollo 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17? Thousands of hours of film material that must have cost a lot of money? And that at a time when CGI did not exist yet.

NASA flew a seperate rocket to the moon with a director camera & lighting crew team on board a couple of days before Buzz Neil & Micheal, as their capsule was too small to fit them & all of their equipment into. Nasa didn't want to publicise this as that crew were union men & weren't real Astronauts or top level freemasons. 🤔🤦 😳 😃
