The FIRST PARADE of the New Orleans Mardi Gras/Carnival Season 2024 in New Orleans! The Krewe of Joan of Arc/de Jeanne d'Arc Parade!
Hello Everyone,
Today we present to you the first parade of the Carnival/Mardi Gras Season 2024 here in New Orleans. This parade is The Krewe de Jeanne d'Arc Parade and this Parade is a French Quarter walking parade that happens on the 12th Night of Christmas. This parade is a celebration of Jeanne d'Arc, the Unofficial Patron Saint of New Orleans. This parade displays her life, all of her triumphs, and then her terrible death! All this is shown by the Krewe through costumes and other fun creations!

The 1st parade of The Krewe of Joan of Arc✴ was beautiful & so precious♥. For so many years I have been wondering when she will be ordained as a Saint. Still waiting on her miracles like many other ⛪Roman Catholics. I loved the celebration and the lovely costumes they had for the parade. That was a fabulous way to honor Joan of Arc. 🌟
