The First Purge - Official Trailer Reaction 

What people forget is the first purge movie was a dry run experiment that took place only in NYC, the first 3 purge movies took place nation wide. The purge movies are based on a annual event, the series can go on as long as Universal wants it to. They can still make purge movies where other countries around the world adapt the experiment. Could you imagine them doing a purge in London, Russia, Canada...etc.

If I knew the Purge was happening every year? I would round up my family (days prior) and go to a secret bomb shelter that only the family knows about✌🏾

Man... I love movies where, everyday people, take it upon themselves to protect other people who can’t defend themselves... not a day one, maybe opening weekend or the next week, but I’ll be there sometime

I saw the Purge movies around the same time I saw the movie 'The Warriors', they're both about surviving the one night when everyone is out to kill you - and after comparing the two I decided that if I had the choice I'd rather hang with the gangs in both the book version and the movie version of 'The Warriors' than any of the purgers from any of the movies. You know why? Because at least the gangs of the Warriors aren't cowards like the purgers - they don't wait until the one night of the year when it's legal and when they know the police can't do anything to stop them, they go out every night knowing that most of what they're doing is illegal and that the cops are their enemies as much as the other gangs. They don't lie to themselves and delude themselves into thinking that they're doing their country a favour or making themselves better people by killing and looting, they know they're just looking out for themselves and are doing both what they feel like doing and what they have to do. They don't claim 'this is my right granted to me by my government', they do it in spite of the government, in spite of the law, they don't rely on the system for an alibi or an excuse. They know what they are, they know who they are, and they don't hide behind a mask or their money. The gang members are honest about themselves and they don't lie to themselves. Purgers are pathetic.

This will be a good movie to stream on NETFLIX.

My opinion , I love The Purge Movies and its gonna be exciting about how The Purge got started ,but if they do try to extend it , it'll be good idea to show us what happened before the very first movie "The Purge". It'll be a Day One for me.

Did you know that the original name of this film was “The Purge: The Island”!? So is this film located in Long Island, is it located in an island (which I doubt it will be), or was it called “The Island” just because the creators felt like it? 😂😂😂😂
