You are so right. So much hate and I don't understand it. I am a big lotr fan and yes they did some changes but I enjoyed the first season a lot and i can't wait for the second one. It looks amazing 😍
Based on one of my favorite books. Blackthorn is a lucky man, with Mariko, Fujiko, and Kiko. Any one of those women would be wonderful to end up with. But all three? Damn! And yes, I know what happens. I'm trying not to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read the book. And there is no guarantee that they will follow the book. HBO didn't with GoT.
so like why havent millions of people seen this yet??? Why?? This is what wolverine should have felt like since the beginning. Hugh jackman is in fact a magnificent wolverine, but this is what people seem to want above anything else
I enjoyed the first season. Is the series as good as the films? No. Are the criticisms fair? I think so. However I had a good time. People just like to nitpick and hate for the sake of hating. Aw well what can you do. Is what it is.
I wouldn't mind seeing whoever made this do a feature length indie action film. Even something original, not even superheroes. Because their choreography was incredible.
Hey guys! Was waiting for you to drop this! With all the unnecessary hate last season got, it was always a treat to watch your reaction to it. While i too as a big LOTR fan had some nitpicks in season one (due to the time compression), I did enjoy it overall. Season 2 however, from what we know of it so far, seems to step it up a notch and I'm hoping it delivers on that! Cheers!
First off everyone knew that guy was going to be Sauron right off the bat. It was one of the most predictable twists ever that my 7 year old cousin even pointed it out
I think having both of you in this situation to review this movie is a great interpretation of people who have reviewed this movie after it came out. One has seen the other movies and was looking forward to see this one just to get disappointed. While the other hasn’t seen the other movies and after watching this one is left with the “ehhh it was an okay film”.
So Sauron is going to trick the elves a second time? I guess that's the only way to resolve the plot hole they dug by having the elven rings made first.
The catch is that he wrote about various complexions, and he wrote Aragorn and Boromir as always being clean shaven. Should PJ remake the movies for that? You see 10% more coloured people in Middle-Earth. I think you're fine. It's almost like a non-issue, kinda like Aragorn and Boromir having facial hair.
that first season was world building this next season is about to win the haters over, I already know. anyone who has read the silmarilion knows it has so much to give.
Okay season 1 wasn't bad it wasn't amazing it was let's say a 7/10 I'm not one of the haters for the black elf and black dwarf and the hobbits but Tolkien didn't include black elfs or dwarfs and this show was supposed to be taken right from the source material but due to woke media and diversity they had to I repeat had to add them but I don't care. My only problems with the show were the specific cast they had like galadriel her actor is horrible and bad at acting and celebrimbor jesus they gutted one of my favourite characters to death... He wasn't old he didn't have short hair and the actor for him is just bad all round... The hobbit parts needed to be removed as they added that for filler and no one I repeat no one liked the hobbits at all 😂. Season two will show the fall of eregion one of the elven cities And possibly the release of durins bane aka the balrog that destroyed khazad dum the dwarven city hopefully it'll be a great season I'm really hoping it will be
Yeah RoP season 1 wasn’t perfect but I thoroughly enjoyed it (waaaay better than the last two Hobbit movies!) and I’m super excited for season 2. Bunch of hate lemmings.
