Ok. This is a series USA Cycling needs. Dude you are really on to something with this. Keep the organizers honest, rating the event its self, share the ins and outs of getting to the race and race day vibes, decompress after shooting your shot. This is what it’s all about. Keep it up! Thanks for putting in the time.

I really do enjoy the weekend updates. They're much more instructunal than just what happened in the 60 minutes of racing. Often these logistical challenges make or break the race!

I think CBR might be one of the world’s most dangerous crits! To many influencers trying to prove something and willing to take unbelievable risks to get maybe one or two positions behind a legion jersey

LOVE THE RATING CONCEPT! Race rodies are such good times. Looking forward to seeing more of these videos.

When they run that course counter clockwise, your rating will change, changes the whole flow of the race. Becomes much more of a strong mans race with chances for breaks to survive. I quit racing in 2020 but raced CBR races for about 15 years before that, always finished the day with the 1,2.3 race, sometimes the 4th race of my day. I would sleep well those nights. I live vicariously through guys like you posting race videos now. I miss the guys and the camaraderie the most, the racing too but I think it's easy to forget the pain cave and graying out with the effort.

Concise, well-rounded footage. Enough to tell the story and no junk. Jeff made this type of format highly successful. You seem to respect the history and making it your own. Good idea for your coach to breakdown the races, i mean, who more qualified than Tyler? Just my .02 - i would go easier on the scores for races. Racing has been dead for some years in the US, so for any promoter to put on a race, period, is 100/100. They do it for the love of the sport. And if you don’t believe how much work is required, put on your own race. Anyway, good stuff.😊

Great video! I agree with another comment that you could drop the decimals on your ratings. It's all subjective anyway and whole points are close enough. Also, since you featured Andrew quite a bit it would be interesting to hear his perspective on the races. Finally, maybe mention who won the races. I'm sure that info is out there, but I'm only interested because I just watched footage of someone crossing the line. I'm not likely to go looking for results. I'll be curious to hear the race recap with your coach.

Really enjoying watching your race journey in such a short period of time. Have you ever thought of getting a small van - camper that you could use to go racing? Not as comfortable as a hotel but could be much cheaper.

If you’re ranking something with decimal places you’re really giving a score out of 100, not a score of out 10.

Thanks for the video and congratulations on your finishes. As far as “rating” each race, personally I don’t think decimals in each category add much to your rating system because what does a .3 vs a .5 really mean? I would just keep it simple and use your whole number values in the ratings. If you want to do something more with your rating system you could always assign a weight to each category. For instance, of the categories which is most important to you? And I would use a scale of 1 - 5 with 5 being the highest weight and 1 being the lowest. Right now, you’re saying that each category has equal weight to the racing experience. I would argue that the VIBE isn’t as important as the FIELD or the COURSE, in terms of “the race”. Just a thought. Look up how to use weighting if you’re not familiar with the concept. Again, congrats on your journey and I look forward to more content. Good luck!

I like the new rating system

You should try to script things a little better. For example: "So we're going to rate every race we go to this year on five things the vibe meaning the atmosphere of the race what it's like in the race. This is where you'll get some behind the scenes and stuff like that. The second rating we will give is the course we will rate each course we race out of 10. The vibe will also be rated out of 10. Well actually all these five categories will be rated out of 10 and then a total score out of 50."

If you can put ur camera on a helmet, the view should be way better. So we can see what’s going on in the front

For that shakeout ride, does it matter where/when you sprinkle in the efforts within the ride? Do they have to go in that order as written, or can you mix it up?

Can you mention the average rating in the voiceovers towards the end or something, and possibly save them as a leaderboard, which you can look at towards the end of the year to see the “best” race!😊 Edit: nvm, you did a total, but a video in winter on the best race would be nice nevertheless
